With the rapidly changing and evolving COVID-19 situation, we wanted to update everyone on the actions Pinnacle Furnished Suites is taking to help protect your well-being. The health and safety of our guests, employees, and the communities we serve is our top priority.
All Pinnacle Furnished Suites apartments are thoroughly cleaned after each resident has checked out and prior to check-in of the next guest. We have also taken the additional precaution of a 4-day minimum vacancy period between all guests to help prevent the spread of disease. In addition, all staff is required to wear protective gear including gloves and masks to ensure both their own and guest safety. All linens and towels are changed, surfaces and touchpoints are sanitized (light switches, handles, windows, appliances, countertops, furniture, etc.) and all dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, and utensils are cleaned on full sanitize mode in the dishwasher despite previous use.
We are closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we are implementing the proper steps and best-known practices to keep all of our apartments safe and clean.
Our remaining staff has been advised to work from home, maintaining proper social distancing, in addition to staying home if experiencing any symptoms at all. We have also extended paid sick leave to those requiring time off. Your well-being is our priority and we will continue to update and adapt to any new information. We hope the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety provides some comfort in this difficult time.
