A Corporate Housing Apartment is a fully furnished apartment without the commitment of a full term lease (usually a year), as most rental buildings require. We require only a 30-day minimum stay and can usually go up to 2-years (and anywhere in between). Pinnacle Furnished Suites provides fully furnished temporary housing for any number of reasons including, but not limited to, relocating or traveling for work, extended vacation, house or apartment renovations, nursing rotations, sports seasons, movie or theater productions, etc. Whatever your need may be, we are here to help!

Aside from the drastic cost savings, you get to stay in a fully furnished apartment equipped to be your home away from home. Our apartments come fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, in-unit washer and dryer, 24-hour concierge, your own private mailbox and not to mention all of the amenities associated with luxury living.

Our saying 'welcome home' is not something we take lightly. We live by it. From the moment you walk in the door of one of our luxury furnished apartments, you'll feel like you're home. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush, as our units come fully stocked down to the towels, sheets, pillows, and kitchenware. We also include cable, wireless Internet (WiFi), electricity, gas, water, and access to all building amenities including the pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, movie theaters, and gyms (all as applicable) in the monthly rent. If you would like anything additional, we are able to provide most furnishings a la carte.

River North, Streeterville, the Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, South Loop, Lakeshore East, Fulton Market, Fulton River District, and Little Italy. River North is our deepest inventory. We require a 30-day minimum stay up through two years or anywhere in between. Just let us know what you need and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

Rent can be paid by almost any method that works best for you. The easiest way for most tenants to pay rent is to use ACH debit, which is an automatic bank withdrawal authorized by you on a monthly or recurring basis. Credit cards are also accepted, as well as physical checks. If you prefer a different method, just ask and we can usually accommodate.

Absolutely! Pinnacle Furnished Suites and our luxury rental buildings are pet-friendly, however, some do have breed restrictions, weight limits, and pet-specific floors. Additional fees for pets will typically apply and will vary per building. All pet information (vet records and proof of vaccinations) must be provided before signing your lease. Don't forget to disclose this up front to ensure smooth service!

Move in is typically at 3 pm central time on your lease start date. Your keys will be in a Pinnacle Furnished Suites envelope located at the 24-hour concierge (front desk). All you need to do is show a valid ID or Passport to retrieve your keys. From there you can head up to your fully furnished apartment!

Parking is either available in the building's garage or directly adjacent. Parking varies between buildings but ranges from $250-$375/car/month. Parking is typically set up by the individual renting the unit unless other arrangements were made with Pinnacle Furnished Suites prior to moving in.

Yes. All of our luxury apartments are part of non-smoking communities so you can always breath easy!
