My contract is 13 weeks. Can I extend?
Yes. You can stay anywhere from 30 days to two years. If your contract is extended, send us the new end date as soon as you have it, and we'll check that your apartment is free for the extra weeks.
What if my contract is cancelled or ends early?
Tell us as soon as you know. We'll immediately work to re-rent your apartment to someone else and work toward a refund for the time you don't use. We can't guarantee a refund, but we will try.
Can my staffing agency be billed directly?
Yes. We can bill your staffing agency directly, or bill you. Tell us which you prefer when you send your dates.
Is there a security deposit?
No. There is no security deposit.
Can I move in on my start date?
Yes. Set your lease to start on the day you arrive. Move-in is usually from 3 pm that day, and we'll confirm the key pickup steps for your building before you get there.
Can I bring my pet?
Check the badge on each building above: it shows whether the building accepts dogs, cats, both, or no pets. Some buildings also have breed, weight or floor restrictions, and pet fees vary by building. Before you sign, we'll need your pet's vaccination records from your vet.
