The Neighborhood

The Neighborhood is an intimate apartment building on West Taylor Street in the heart of Chicago's Little Italy, one of the city's most storied residential corridors on the Near West Side. Offering a genuine neighborhood feel just minutes from downtown, The Neighborhood captures the essence of what makes Little Italy an exceptional place to live and work — walkable, tree-lined streets, the family-run Italian restaurants, bakeries, and gelato shops that have lined Taylor Street for generations, and close proximity to the University of Illinois Chicago and the Illinois Medical District. The property is well-suited to professionals on extended assignments who want a residential experience that goes beyond four walls and a keycard.

Furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments at The Neighborhood arrive fully equipped for immediate occupancy: a completely equipped kitchen, comfortable and stylish furnishings, quality linens, and reliable high-speed internet, with all utilities included. Pinnacle Furnished Suites manages every detail of your stay, so any needs that come up during your assignment are addressed promptly.

Little Italy sits between the University of Illinois Chicago campus and the Illinois Medical District, which makes The Neighborhood a practical choice for professionals in healthcare, academia, and research. The Polk station on the CTA Pink Line is less than half a mile away, and the Eisenhower Expressway puts the Loop just minutes away by car. Whether your assignment is tied to UI Health, Rush University Medical Center, UIC, or the Loop's business district, The Neighborhood provides a furnished Chicago base that feels less like temporary housing and more like a place you chose to call home.
